You believe in a “three in one and one in three” Trinity, which is unbiblical, nonsensial, and unture. Hence you believe in a false Trinity, which is another way of saying that you don’t believe in the Trinity.

We believe in the Trinity of three separate and distinct persons, which is the biblical hence true Trinity.

Conclusion: We believe in the Trinity and you don’t!

Is Mormonism Christian? This may seem like a puzzling question to many Mormons as well as to some Christians. Mormons will note that they include the Bible among the four books which they recognize as Scripture, and that belief in Jesus Christ is central to their faith, as evidenced by their official name, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Furthermore, many Christians have heard the Mormon Tabernacle Choir sing Christian hymns and are favorably impressed with the Mormon commitment to high moral standards and strong families. Doesn’t it follow that Mormonism is Christian?

1. IS GOD A TRINITY?

The Bible teaches and orthodox Christians through the ages have believed that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost are not separate Gods or separate beings, but are distinct Persons within the one Triune Godhead. Throughout the New Testament the Son and the Holy Spirit, as well as the Father are separately identified as and act as God (Son: Mark 2:5-12; John 20:28; Philippians 2:10,11; Holy Spirit: Acts 5:3,4; 2 Corinthians 3:17,18; 13:14); yet at the same time the Bible teaches that these three are only one God (see point 1).

By contrast, the Mormon Church teaches that Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are three separate Gods (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 370; Mormon Doctrine, pp. 576-577), and that the Son and Holy Ghost are the literal offspring of Heavenly Father and a celestial wife (Joseph Fielding McConkie, Encyclopedia of Mormonism, vol. 2, p. 649).

I assume by your icons that you are laughing at our belief in the Trinity, which by the way is perfectly logical and can be defended with the Bible, History and Apostolic Tradition.

So long as Mormons are laughing at Christians (both protestant and catholic) I feel I should make it known that I find some things from Mormonism equally hilarious.

For instance;
Gold plates (that nobody ever saw) written in a language that doesn’t exist (reformed egyption) that required magic goggles for translation and despite the supposed divine origin of the goggles, they had such a poor grasp of English Grammar that the original translation had to be changed over 3000 times.

Or a belief in a God Head made up of
God-who used to be a man on another planet
Jesus-who was conceived by God actually having sex with Mary
Holy spirit- who seems to be the only member that is omnipotent.

Or,
Members who believe they can become Gods.

Sadly, I too was once someone who believed these things. However, after three years of study and intense prayer, God brought me home to Rome. I crossed the Tiber in 1998. Life is good.

I used to debate with Mormons almost every week and I made some great new friends, but I seemed to make more enemies despite my best efforts. What I learned was that some mormons (and apologists from other faiths as well) only want to fight for the sake of contention. They are not interested in scholarly discussions or discussions for the sake of clarification. These people can be recognized quickly because they say things like,

“Hey, anybody want to debate me?”

If someone says this, it is very likely that an honest search for truth is generally the furthest thing from their mind. Don’t waste your time. I have already wasted more time than I should just writing this post.
