Hello everyone, I am a new Catholic to be baptized this Easter. This first + second Sunday of Lent instead of the normal introductory hymn we sang a hymn in latin. I am not quite sure what this song was and wondered if anyone could tell me. Now I am not sure if this song is sung universally throughout the church or not, if not then don’t bother going in depth I will just ask a fellow parishioner another time when I get the chance.
I don’t know how to spell the words as it is latin but it sounded like “Cerea leso, cerea leso, cerea leso, Christe leso” I assume the Christe part being “Christ”. Any help is greatly appreciated everyone have a great Lenten season.
