i only can pray for them, they are so brave to become christians in such a country. May the Lord Jesus welcome them in the place He has perpared in heaven.

Sinful animals??? :confused: How can one in high places stoop so low as to say things like that and openly hunt down defencesless Christians who are their own citizens? … But then again … their mentors in Highest Places said and did the same 7 centuries ago!

What a shame !!! :mad: What a sad day for humanity! Corruption is rife in Iran. I don’t think the Christian population matters much even if they are corrupted animals! What an hiprocisy!!!

Iran is next on USA’s hit list replacing North Korea! 👍
 
I anxiously await an explanation as to how this can happen from one of our Muslim contributors. I am not buying the tired old explanation that Islam is a religion of peace and that they are not responsible for the action of a few. I looks to me as if the radicals are becoming the majority in Islam and if not they at least control it.

Iran is not a muslim country 😃

I believe the Iranians and most of the world would disagree with you. Saying the Shiites are not Muslim is like me, a Catholic, saying a Protestant is not a Christian.
 
I know many Muslims on this forum have claimed there is only one Islam, but both Shia and Sunni consider themselves Muslim and many Sunni claim Shia are not true Muslims. I tend to agree with Lance, they are different factions of the same religion, but who knows?

What concerns me is that even if it is a small majority of Muslims (or those claiming to be Muslims) say one quarter of one percent (just an estimate for the sake of discussion), that are going against the peaceful teachings of Islam, than we still have 3,223,066 homicidal fanatics on our hands. What really gets me is why the other 99.75% of Muslims don’t really try (and I mean actions, not words) and do something about the 0.25% that have hijacked their peaceful religion and have turned approximately 80% of the world against them. This lack of action makes me very skeptical about the claim of peacefulness. Unless peace is defined as letting others do the dirty work for you while disavowing and condemning their actions.

Anti-Christian and anti-“other religious” prejudices in some sunni countries are far worse than in Iran. If you become a Christian in Saudi Arabia you are likely to suffer a worse fate than you would in Iran.
