intercept the missile fired from iran and let it explode above north korea:D
 
People should realize that you can create an EMP warhead without the use of nuclear material. Est. cost for materials: $400 (no I will not link to a site telling you how to do it)

The only trick is to get it to explode at a certain altitude, and that is really old technology.

The best place to use an EMP is right in the U S Capitol.
Shut down the minds of the house and senate. LOL
Then they cant do any more damage.

We should not be so scared of N Korea and Iran.

The most effective place and most likely place? Where else: NYC

N. Korea now can send a missle to Seattle or Portland. How about zapping the HQ of Microsoft? Would that send a signal to the world?
I bet it would.

If it was that easy everyone would be doing it. The US is not the only country in the world. India could use it against Pakistan. China could use it against Taiwan. Argentina could use it against Chile. Sudan could use it on its rebels.

No one has. Maybe you worry too much.
 
This is scary stuff… I was reading a thread about this a couple weeks back. First time I ever heard of EMP.

It makes me think about the Romans, their fall was caused from their slaves, because they became so dependant on them.

All of our ‘wonderful’ technological advances in this modern world are now coming back to haunt us. They’ve become our slaves in a way, and we’ve become more than dependant on them.

So now what do we do?

What can you do…These people with these warheads are either crazy, evil, or more likely both.

Not to make light of this, but I’m going to plant an extra large garden, talk my husband into a buying a generator, and pray.

All I know is that it really is pretty easy. Modern societies are the most vulnerable to EMP. The more dense the electronics in a society the more effect a small EMP device would have. Sorry, facts are facts and since we live in a society that is very susceptable to this sort of attack, it is good to know that, yea, just about anyone can make one. If they can explode it above a city, like New York, it could be devastating.

Simple, you stop the missles from entering your territory.
