Is a Catholic wedding without Mass valid?

A few days ago my cousin married a non-catholic but Christian spouse. There was no Mass but they did have readings and the homily but no eucharist. Is this valid?
 
Hi,

Yes, a Catholic wedding without Mass is valid. Often this is the case when one of the spouses in not Catholic and cannot receive Holy Communion.
