Is a scapular automatically blessed when the investiture is completed?

I recently acquired the Brown Scapular of our Lady of Mt. Carmel and asked a priest to perform the Investiture or Enrollment and Blessing. The priest did so and completed the investiture. I know the Scapular must be blessed and my question is this: Is the Scapular automatically blessed when the enrollment is performed, i.e., “Receive this blessed scapular ….”.

After the investiture and blessing of the scapular, all subsequent scapulars do not have to be re-blessed.
