Is a sin forgiven in every circumstance?

My question is, if you think about sinning and have the mindset of “well if i just confess afterwards then it will all be fine”, are your sins still forgiven even though the sin was totally deliberate?
Its kind of a strange loophole. How would you explain this?
 
Hi,

Your sin will be forgiven IF you are sincere and have a firm purpose of amendment. That means that you earnestly intend to not sin in that way again.
