I think we fool ourselves if we think that there are not Catholics who (sadly) support abortion.

There are several nominally Catholic organisations that support, as they call it, ‘a woman’s right to choose’. Catholics For Choice is one such. What Catholics condone abortion??
Abortion is MURDER.I am a Catholic that is very pro choice- respectively. I do not believe it to be a mortal sin, and should be a decision left to her and him. Though I would rather see some of these kids just get thrown into adoption, I understand abortion if it is early enough and especially from cases of rape, incest, or endangering the mother.
You obviously do not believe the Catholic Church is the one established by Christ or you would not say that.Jesus stated this: " “Don’t imagine that I came to bring peace to the earth! I came not to bring peace, but a sword.” The CCC is not the word of God . . . but the word of the Church, which history shows, has many errors. There is no easy way out - if you PLAN an abortion - HAVE an abortion, then believe you have a way out of this mortal sin by asking the Church for forgiveness under the rules of church leaders and not GOD, you will not find yourself in heaven!
For the same reason that our health organizations refuse to research and publish the possible side effects of abortion, such as breast cancer. Because abortion is a huge business and makes a lot of people a lot of money. The pro-choice side is also so wrapped up in their autonomy argument that they fail to comprehend the actuality of the preborn as being human persons of equal dignity and respect, just at a different level of development. It is truly an intellectual problem, and the enormity of the largely pro-choice left keeps everyone lockstep in that fantasy.Yet, not a word is said, nor a TV ad run about the 20+ year practice of euthanized children! Why do you suppose that is?
