Is abortion the only sin the SSPX can absolve?

I have a question regarding Pius X Society
Pope Francis allowed Catholics to go to confession to a Priest of the Society Pius Xth. But when?? Only if they committed the sin of Abortion??
We have a new Pius X church in our neighborhood. I wanted to figure out how that church looks like. Found a bulletin, where it says only parish members are allowed to receive the sacraments/ Confession.
So, do I have to become a member in order to go to confession there? And when the absolution is valid for us…

Pope Francis Jubilee Letter:
I establish that those who during the Holy Year of Mercy approach these priests of the Fraternity of St Pius X to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation shall validly and licitly receive the absolution of their sins.
During the Jubilee Year of Mercy any sin can be confessed and be validly and licitly absolved by a SSPX priest. This is only for the Jubilee Year of Mercy and expires when the Jubilee Year ends.

As for what SSPX rules are, you’d have to ask the SSPX.
