Is All Saints' Day a Holy Day of Obligation?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently going through RCIA so have no idea about the holy days. I want to know whether tomorrow is a holy day in the UK, an if so what does this mean? Will the mass be any different because it one? Thankyou
