Is an Independent Catholic Church wedding valid in Roman Catholic Church?

My son wants to get married at the beach in Ocean City Maryland.
Will the Roman Catholic Church accept a marriage by The Independent Catholic Church as valid?
 
No. The “Independent Catholic Church” is not in communion with the Catholic Church. If a Catholic were to be married in that Church it would not be valid.
