Is anyone else annoyed at how much Protestants stress Jesus?

It’s not possible. That’s not the issue. The issue is the lack of focus upon the Father and the Holy Spirit.

But without the Son, there is no reconciliation between fallen mankind and the Father/ Holy Spirit. And since they are all one God, you honor all three persons of the trinity by honoring Jesus.

Jesus said that if you have seen him you have seen the Father…

and obviously, the Holy Spirit emenates from Christ.

He is holiness personified… (the Real Presence)

This is true, but that doesn’t mean that you should just forget that God’s a Trinity. The Who said he was annoyed, not that they were sinning. Believe me, the more time spent in front of the Blessed Sacrament, the better.
