Is anyone praying the Divine Mercy Novena?

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I began praying the Divine Mercy Novena on Good Friday. If you are unfamiliar with this devotion see HERE

Grace and Blessings to all on this Easter Sunday! How fitting that next Sunday the Church celebrates Mercy Sunday!
 
Yes, I am prying it, too! I am in much need of God’s mercy.
 
Yes, I am praying it and I have invited a friend of mine to join in praying it with me! 🙂

Yes absolutely and I have an alarm on my mobile phone for 11:30pm every night in case I forget to pray it. (I’m always up at that time).

I know Satan will do everything to stop me praying it. I have to do a sleep in at work this week so I must remember that day.

The big challenge for me is getting confession on Thursday which is the only opportunity this week and there will only be a 20 minute slot, guaranteed there will be a big queue.
 
Every year I give it a shot 👍 but I’ve never had a successful 9 days. 😊

yes, but I was always taught that it started on holy Saturday for it to finish on the divine mercy sunday.

now I learned it’s supposed to start on good Friday, but I only started yesterday, so guess I’m doing it a bit wrong again this year

Ewtn and another priest online have said, if you accidentally miss a day of the Divine Mercy novena, or truly miss a day by no fault of your own, just add an extra day to the novena and still go to the Divine Mercy feast day, trusting that the Lord Jesus understands! 🙂

So, I’m not alone. Did have a successful year or two. I like Nelka’s idea of setting the alarm on the cell phone. Will try that this year! 🙂
 
Yes, and I’m praying for a miracle for my husband - that he goes to confession on Divine Mercy Sunday. He hasn’t been for over twenty years.
 
I am praying it as well. Have been in great need of God’s mercy lately and praying for nothing short of a miracle. A blessed Easter to all!

Today bring to Me THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD AND THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW ME. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy (Diary, 1216).
