Is attending only weekday Mass not honoring the Sabbath?

I talked to someone recently from my church and he said he goes to mass during the week instead of Sunday because he likes it better that way. I thought he was wrong about that although I said nothing. I thought by doing that he was not honoring the sabbath but I didn’t say anything. I was wondering if this comes up again what should I say.

There are several issues here such as the man’s mental and physical health which might excuse him from the Sunday obligation without your knowledge, if a weekday Mass fulfills the Sunday obligation, and if Sunday is the sabbath.
