Is baptizing an infant biblical?

Hello,

How do I explain to non-Catholic Christians that baptizing babies is not wrong. They keep telling me that it is wrong to baptize babies based on scripture, because Jesus stated that it has to be the choice of the individual to be baptized. They say that Catholics are wrong because babies cannot make the choice on their own.
