Is cadaver marrow really embryonic stem cells?

I found out two days ago by accident that regenerative bone grafting composition will be used for extensive back surgery. Originally I was told my marrow would be “combined with cadaver marrow” for the graft. In returning a call, I reached the stem cell research and marrow transplant clinic. It never crossed my mind that cadaver marrow could mean embryonic stem cells. Please comment. I am very concerned and scheduled for two surgeries next week (6/29 and 7/2). Please respond if you can within 48 hours.
 
Your surgeon is the person who should know if “cadaver marrow” is a euphemism for embryonic stem cells. Call his office and insist he either tell you or find out for you if he plans to use embryonic stem cells in your treatment. I also recommend calling the National Catholic Bioethics Center for consultation on medical bioethics questions like this.
