Is Catholicism Similar to Pelagianism?

Hey everyone! I’ve been looking into the Catholic faith and studying to see which denomination is closest to the Bible and Church history.

This first one is easy:
Catholicism is closest to Church history because Church history is the history of the Catholic Church. I think that’s one of those fancy-schmancy logic/philosophy situations. Maybe tautological.
