Hello. unfortunately you must have to answer this question regularly. Is a dating couple cohabitating with one another a sin in-and-of itself, even if they are not engaging in sexual relations? I know that it is not proprietary by any means but I am wondering if it is still considered a mortal sin. Also, if the couple then becomes engaged, should their living situation be a impediment to receiving the sacrament of Holy Matrimony? Thanks and Peace be with you!
