IOW: please proffer your moral paradigm for why it is moral to kill an animal and eat its flesh without its consent, but that a sexual act would not be moral.

In other words, there’s no reason to suggest that homosexual behavior is “morally superior” to those who have sex with fish. It’s qualitatively different to be sure, but there’s no difference from a moral perspective, and therefore no reason to outlaw bestiality.

You’re confusing two different things. Bestiality is a paraphilia. Homosexual sex is not. They are two different things. One may show that homosexual sex is not a paraphila because it does not involve harm, non-humans, children, or non-consent while other paraphilias will include at least one.

I’ve never heard of paraphilia before, but it appears that this is a distinction without any relevance.

Calling something “X” does not define it as a moral thing simply because one has assigned it a label.
