Is dancing sinful?

I have researched many styles of dance and many are rooted in cultures that are known to practice syncretism, un-Christian spirituality, or have roots in paganism or goddess worship. If a dance is removed from it’s origins by thousands of years is that style of dance sinful? Are dance genres like Bhangra, belly dancing, African dances, Cuban Salsa which have origins in cultures that practice non Christian religions wrong for a Catholic to dance?
