In posing the question that way, you demonstrate you do not understand some very basic concepts regarding how evolution works.

Millions and Million of Plants and Animals started out as unfit and through the power of “random evolutionary forces” they became fit.

There are instances in the Bible where God spoke to certain people and told them to give a warning. Basically, stop what you are doing or I will act. In one case, a king and his people took Him seriously and repented. And God withdrew his threat because they repented.

Ezekial 18:23:

New International Version
Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?

New Living Translation
"Do you think that I like to see wicked people die? says the Sovereign LORD. Of course not! I want them to turn from their wicked ways and live.

English Standard Version
Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord GOD, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?

That’s exactly what I mean. He let things take their own course until He thought He should step in. Obviously because things weren’t turning out exactly as He wanted.

Kinda wierd as it seems He is meant to be omniscient. Just letting things run…hoping for the best…

You obviously don’t know how God works. Oh yes, He knows what’s coming. No matter what the Israelites did, He always left a faithful remnant. Like today. The Fall, a literal event, meant that men were still free to choose good or evil but with the burden of Original Sin which is within all of us, our human nature tends toward doing wrong.
