Is dating allowed for one awaiting an annulment?

If I am civilly divorced, is it okay to date as long as I do not have marital relations before getting or being granted an annulment?
 
Dear friend,

Divorce does not disolve a marriage. Until your marriage is declared null by the Church, the Church still considers you to be a married person. It is a mortal sin for a married person to date anyone other than his or her spouse.
