Is God in control or not? Do we live in a make-believe world?
Yes, He is in control.Is God in control or not? Do we live in a make-believe world?

Yes and No, now onto the question you asked in the title…Is God in control or not? Do we live in a make-believe world?
What’s the difference between the make-believe of children and that of adults? The answer is that children usually know the are just pretending!Yes, He is in control.
No, we do not live in a make-believe world.
What makes you think that?
Did he not say though, that democracy was the best Govt. that it was possible to attain? Or was that somebody else?Yes and No, now onto the question you asked in the title…
Democracy in the modern world is an illusion as no country is truly a Democracy. The United Kingdom is a Constitutional Monarchy, with a democratically elected Lower House, the United States is a Federal Republic, France is a Secular Republic, Spain is a Monarchy etcetera. However who would want to live in a true democracy, as Aristotle said Democracy is the tyranny of the Masses a corrupt and perverted form of Government that we should not aspire to.
I agree that a true Democracy would never work.Yes and No, now onto the question you asked in the title…

He said that it was the best of the perverted Constitutions, and it was the most practical but will always fall to corruption by it’s very nature. He never said that democracy was the best form of government, just that it was more preferential compared to the other 2 we tend to have (tyranny and I forget the other oneDid he not say though, that democracy was the best Govt. that it was possible to attain? Personally, I prefer the one who said: “Democracy is 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner.”

There are 3 things:What’s the difference between the make-believe of children and that of adults? The answer is that children usually know the are just pretending!
“…once you see the price they paid, you’ll join the masquerade”

For children it’s one; for adults it’s the fantasy within this world.There are 3 things:
So, please p(name removed by moderator)oint your question.
- the make-belief of children, for instance, playing police and thieves;
- The make belief of adults, for instance, Star Wars;
- The real world.
I think your definition of democracy is very accurate. As I recall Aristotle said monarchy was the best, then aristocracy, then democracy. For each form he had a similar type of government that was the perverted realization. I think he thought that having unity of purpose was ideal and thus a monarchy best achieved that.Did he not say though, that democracy was the best Govt. that it was possible to attain? Or was that somebody else?

Well, I think that the child distinguishes between the food he eats and the plays he plays. Like adults.For children it’s one; for adults it’s the fantasy within this world.
I believe that secularism is godless and that it is make-believe in this respect.Well, I think that the child distinguishes between the food he eats and the plays he plays. Like adults.
No, this world is not a make believe. Look to think that this world is a make belief you must be in firm ground. that is your thinking and reflection. So your thinking is not a make belief.
