Is doing yoga for exercise a sin?

I heard on the radio the other today people calling in to comment on yoga. I wasn’t able to call in because I was working but I was very bothered that yoga was called “evil in all forms” - I have been doing yoga for years with many health benefits and I am an active practicing Catholic. I pray the rosary or listen to Catholic radio while doing yoga. If a person is only doing the poses for exercise - is that a sin?
