Is every human being alive on Earth/in hell a child of God?

Including Non Christians? Agnostics? Hindu’s? Muslims? Wiccans? Me ? Regardless of my religious beliefs?
 
God created everyone, so yes, everyone is a child of God. He deeply mourns when someone rejects Him forever.

Remember, Hell is not a place, it is the state of being completely and permanently separated from God.

Absolutely. I don’t think God would like it very much if one did it in a mocking way. That said, if it was said in all sincerity I think God would be very pleased, indeed.
 
All men were created by God. In that sense all men are His “children”.

The souls in Hell are lost. God does not mourn for them, on the contrary: the saints in Heaven gain happiness to think of their sufferimgs because it is a display of His perfect Justice.

God loves all living men and desires their love. However, it must be remembered. We need God. God does not need us. He is perfectly happy with or without us. We add nothing to God, we subtract nothing from God. His offering is purely of love for us. If no soul were saved from now till Kingdom Come, that would not detract one bit from God’s perfect Joy. Nor would it detract from the Joy of any saint or angel.

Every man should say prayers to our Heavenly Father, every day of their lives. The ‘Our Father’ was a prayer given to us directly by Christ himself, so it is the highest and best prayer of all. It is a perfect prayer that covers every need a man can have!
 
In the sense that all humans are created by God, yes, they are in a sense His children and He is their Father.

Through the Sacrament of Baptism, however, we become the true and adopted children of God. This is a different and higher status than the simple natural state into which we are born, with original sin. From the Catechism of the Catholic Church we read:
  • 1250 Born with a fallen human nature and tainted by original sin, children also have need of the new birth in Baptism to be freed from the power of darkness and brought into the realm of the freedom of the children of God, to which all men are called. The sheer gratuitousness of the grace of salvation is particularly manifest in infant Baptism. The Church and the parents would deny a child the priceless grace of becoming a child of God were they not to confer Baptism shortly after birth.
  • 1243 The white garment symbolizes that the person baptized has "put on Christ,"has risen with Christ. The candle, lit from the Easter candle, signifies that Christ has enlightened the neophyte. In him the baptized are “the light of the world.”
  • The newly baptized is now, in the only Son, a child of God entitled to say the prayer of the children of God: “Our Father.”
 
This is an interesting question.
It is possible to say that everyone is a child of God because God created them. So they are his children just as our own children are our children even if they are deeply in sin and lost souls now. In this sense God’s children could be in hell, simply because God had created them.
Men can become children of God though in quite another sense–as the Gospel of Saint John explains, to all who received Christ, “who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God” (John 1:12). This seems to speak of being so through God’s grace. But in any real sense, lost souls do not receive Christ, and so, it would seen, no longer are children of God in this second sense.
