Is flirting immoral?

If flirting is immoral, we are all in trouble. At some places I’ve worked it was the normal order of business. It seems that without some innocent flirting, some places would just become too somber, and productivity would decline. So, from a managerial standpoint, I’m in favor of it.

(And it always seemed that immediately follwing any type of formal sexual harassment traaining, which was a big trend for a while, the flirting always increased substantially.)

Are you married, Sarge? If you are? Ask yourself if your wife would be happy with what you’re doing? ie. if she was standing next to you, would you behave in the same way? If not? Then you’re semi-cheating on her, and you should stop.
