Is "full of grace" supposed to be "highly favored one"?

Hi
I just signed-on as a new member. My question is this: is it true that the catholic church has changed the angelic salutation from thou highly favoured to read full of grace?
 
Hi,

“Highly favored one” is a recent translation and an inaccurate one.
“Full of grace” is accurate.
