Is God capable of sinning?

I read that Anselm said God is incapable of sinning. And I am not sure about it. I think He is capable but chooses not to sin. …

Does the Catholic Church have a view on this? Is the Church’s viewpoint one we call “infallible” through the seat of Peter?
