Is Going to Confession during Advent necessary?

Confession is a sacrement so wonderful, it would seem to me that one would desire to go every time they realized sin present in their lives. I personally would like to meet my judge with as few venial sins on my conscience as possible. It is a most tender and loving sacrement, to use it often shows humilty and love to Him who gave it to us.

I do not go to Individual Confession and I never will again. I only go to Communal Reconciliation Service during Lent and Advent. I do not believe in confessing sins to a Priest. Confession of sins is to be done only to God and Christ.
