Is Harry Potter occultic?

I was searching on Catholic Answers about Harry Potter and some articles came up that said that Harry Potter wasn’t occult. This article was from 2001 and I’m concerned as to whether or not this is reliable seeing that most of the books were writen after this. So in veiw of all seven books is Harry Potter Occult?
