What about the heinous act of hating the hockey team in your own city?
Tell me about it! I live in New England and I’m not a Red Sox fan (I follow them by force of will-you try living here, it’ll happen to you! :D)

I’ll allow you to hate your hometown hockey team, but if you live in Canada, keep it to yourself!

It depends. Hating the New York Yankees is a sure way to get to heaven. In fact, if your a fan-get thee to confession. Rapidly. 😉
Why are you always (or most of the times) sarcastic in your posts? 😛

I’m a die hard Phillies fan, so I actually hate the Mets more than the Yankees. Just don’t get me started about the Braves!
Not sure how to deal with this … but … ummm … [do you have one of those large foam hands that you can wave around?]

No I don’t. Not sure how to deal with this? Never met a sports fan before?

Hate is not always considered a sin. We are to love the Lord and all that is good, and we are to hate sin. We are to hate evil.

97:10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. (Psalms 97:10) Douay-Rheims Bible

**9 **Let love be without dissimulation. Hating that which is evil, cleaving to that which is good. (Romans 12:9) Douay-Rheims Bible
Well, that gets me off the hook with Broccoli.

We know what sin means, according to the Bible.

What does the author mean by hate?🙂

Did Jesus not call Satan evil?
Is that considered hatred?

👍
