I encountered some Jahowa witnesses here in Germany and they made it known to me that they do not accept the belief of hell. Now what I dont understand is, dont the Jews believe in Hell, if so…then they should accept that doctrine as well considering we came from the Jews. Another thing that struck me odd is when the woman said hell is just another translation for grave. Meaning we will be in our graves for a due time then return to the earth.

There must be many places in the bible that will prove their false teachings are incorrect am I right?

They also claim the CC started at 325 through constantine. But I told the woman if I can find writting of the early church fathers that support the CC beliefs would that prove to her the Church started prior to that? She said yeah, so can anybody help me out?🙂

Here is a great article that illustrates the reality of hell as shown in Scripture and supported by the Early Church Fathers.

The charge that Constantine started the Catholic Church is a common anti-Catholic myth that has no basis in reality.

I can give you all kinds of evidence in early Church writings reflecting Catholic teaching prior to 325, but the question is, will she accept them or dismiss them???

One fine example is Irenaeus’ argument of apostolic succession, pre-eminent at Rome (i.e. the Pope) as he argued against heretics who did not have apostolic succession. (See Irenaeus’ Against Heresies, book III, chapter 3 writing around 170 A.D.)

We must show them the Truth.

We can only plant the seeds, God makes them grow!

Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, Ora Pro Nobis Peccatoribus.

The onus is on her to prove that the Church DIDN’T exist before Constantine.

The early Church Writings MarcoPolo is referring to go all the way back to the 1st century. That is an indisputable historical fact.
