Hello,
I have a son with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. He is 7 years old and is struggling in school. The pediatrician gave us a prescription for ritalin but I have many concerns about it. I would like to consult with a board-certified naturopathic doctor for alternatives (I recently read the book Ritalin-Free Kids written by two naturopathic doctors who practice classical homeopathy). I just want to be sure before I pursue this that there are no contraindications to our Catholic faith in consulting with this type of practitioner.
