Is interdenominational worship sinful?

My wife isn’t Catholic, but considers herself Baptist. She has encouraged me to attend other Christian services and events. I am not trying to leave the church, although in recent years it does seem to be testing my faith. Does the church view attendance at non-Catholic (but Christian) services or events negatively?
