Is it a mortal sin missing Mass while helping in Haiti?

So I have the opportunity to travel to Haiti to help with medical relief efforts. I will be leaving Sunday and returning Sunday. I will be able to attend mass on the Saturday before I leave but I’m not sure about the Sunday that I leave. I know I won’t be getting back home until around 9pm ish. I don’t want to travel in a state of mortal sin. Is it possible to get a dispensation?
