I hope I explain this clearly…
Sometimes I get so frustrated and annoyed with the rules of the Church. I don’t like the ‘no birth control’ rule; there are Sundays that I REALLY don’t want to go to mass; no meat on Fridays during Lent annoys me…
With that said…there is **NO **way on Earth I would use B.C., miss mass (unless reeeeeeally bad sick), or eat meat on Fridays during Lent. I believe with my whole heart in the authority of the Holy Catholic Church.
What I’d like to know is if I follow the rules of the Church to the “T”, but am frustrated or annoyed with the rules (don’t like them) is that a mortal or venial sin? Or no sin at all?
Please no ‘flames’…this is a really tough subject for me…
