For someone to wish with all of their heart to have never been born and to hope to never wake up?

I’d definitely confess it.For someone to wish with all of their heart to have never been born and to hope to never wake up?

I do not think this is in any way a mortal sin. This is more of a cry for help, for answers to be found, a cry out in desperation. You have to look at the person in the Bible to understand why those words were said. Yes there was someone who had said those words and his name was Job. Now there is no way that Job had sinned at all when he said those words. He was speaking from his heart and surprisingly the Lord God had accepted them because God said to Job’s friends that their words were rejected by God as false while the words of Job were spoken truly from his heart as the truth. You have to know what were the circumstances to make the person say those words. Look at Psalm 88 (Hebrew numbering) to realise this cry which you can make unto the Lord. Psalm 88 can be considered the Psalm which speaks perfectly the situation Job had found himself in. Here is part of that Psalm. For someone to wish with all of their heart to have never been born and to hope to never wake up?
