Is it a sin for nurses to miss Mass on Sunday because of work?

I’m a college student trying to decide what to major in. I was thinking about nursing, but then I realized that nurses have to work on the weekend sometimes. Would it be a sin to miss Mass because of work?

Also, if you have any other ideas about what to major in, that would be great, as I am unsure what to pick. Probably something medical. Please make some suggestions.
