Is it a sin if I stay with my Jehovah's Witness Husband?

I’m catholic married to a JW by law, he will not marry me in the church and I just found out that I’m not able to accept the Eucharist and when we have sex it will be a sin everytime. Will I go to hell if I stay with him ?
