Is it a sin not to receive the sacraments?

Is it a sin to not complete all the sacraments? Ex:Baptism,First Communion,etc…
 
I think the better question would be: why wouldn’t someone receive the sacraments?

The sacraments are direct experiences with Jesus Christ. Every time a sacrament takes place, God is acting. Why would we want to avoid experiencing God’s love, grace, and friendship?
