Is it a sin to attend Mass where the priest preaches against Church teaching?

Is it a sin if I regularly attend Mass where the pastor regularly preaches that anyone may and should receive communion? That the only requirement is that he or she is simply seeking God?
 
It is never a sin to attend Mass. The priest is the one who is sinning if he is preaching against the Church.

However, as long as the priest has proper faculties (which can be presumed if he has an assignment) then the Mass fulfills one’s obligation.
