You are probabaly right, especially since almost everything has some degree of health risk. Of course my allergy to smoke may have something to do with my opinion.😖

As one who knows a bit about chemistry and biology, I can’t escape the conclusion that deliberately breathing smoke from burning organic matter is self-abuse. I guess that included incense too.

By ignorance it may not be a sin.

Again, alchohol is a poison. You are certainly aware of that right?
 
But not like alcohol. Oxygen is needed to survive, the body needs it to function and without it you would die. Alcohol is a poison that you have to meter. But the actual alcohol is poisonous.
