Is it a sin to involuntarily think lustful thoughts

Hi,

Is it a sin to involuntarily think lustful thoughts i.e if the thought comes into ure mind bt the moment it does u surpress it and cast it out without any sense of pleasure from it???

Absolutely not! Lustful thoughts pop into everyone’s heads sometimes, even the holiest of people. Sexuality is a gift from God, but it is not to be abused. As long as you do not intentionally dwell on these thoughts, it is not a sin. In fact, when you eject lustful thoughts from your mind rather than dwell upon them, you should be applauded.
