Masturbation is defined with the sole purpose: " to derive sexual pleasure".

Catechism of the Catholic Church (Second Edition)
2351 Lust is disordered desire for or inordinate enjoyment of sexual pleasure. Sexual pleasure is morally disordered when sought for itself, isolated from its procreative and unitive purposes.
2352 By masturbation is to be understood the deliberate stimulation of the genital organs in order to derive sexual pleasure. “Both the Magisterium of the Church, in the course of a constant tradition, and the moral sense of the faithful have been in no doubt and have firmly maintained that masturbation is an intrinsically and gravely disordered action.” …

My understanding is that even without the presence of lustful thoughts or desires (as in you’re dealing with a “call of nature”), masturbation frustrates the purpose of sexuality by not being procreative OR unitive.

It could happen at any time…

It could happen to you!

Do you know where your loved ones are?

You are only fooling yourself here.

You’ve become addicted to this and the only way to break an addiction is to discipline yourself and overcome the temptation. You are addicted to a sexual sin. You need to focus your mind and body on other things.

Frequent confession and the sacraments can help.
