Is it a sin to miss Mass on a holy day of obligation if my parish celebrates it on another day other than the actual day?

Hello. In my country the feast of our lady of assumption is a holy day of obligation. Being the patroness of our parish, the parish always celebrates it on the Sunday after August 15th. This leaves me wondering if I would be in the wrong by not going to mass on the actual day of obligation
 
Hi,

You are still obliged to attend Mass on the actual day, unless your bishop has determined otherwise. Check with your diocese.
