Is it all right to have a devotion to St. Philomena?

Is it all right to have a devotion to St. Philomena? I know she’s taken out of the canon, but is it okay to venerate her as a private devotion? (Her feast day is today, August 11.)
 
Sure. Those saints dropped from the universal calendar have not been “de-sanctified.” They simply are not included in the calendar of the universal Church for commemoration throughout the whole Church.
