Is it alright to buy a necklace that is gemstone to help my son?

Hello,
My son has attention issues. I have just received information about a necklace that helps with people having attention issues. Part of the stones emit a chemical that helps with attention. The description is below. Is it alright to order this for my son? There is nothing here that describes occult, but I want to be absolutely sure. Thank you in advance.

Things like “healing crystals” or “healing gemstones” usually contain some kind of spirituality that is contrary to Christian faith. Thus they should be avoided as superstition.

If they are saying that there is some kind of actual scientific correlation between the crystal or gemstone and healing then that would be news to most scientists. I am unaware of any study involving such techniques that have proven they have any effect beyond a placebo effect.
