If the Papacy formalizes and announces a decree and a member cannot in good conscious accept the declaration as truth nor allow the disparity from truth go unrevealed, is it an act of **immorality **to speak against the decree as such would bring challenge to faith in the Church?
If not, how is excommunication (required by some decrees) justified for those who do speak up about such disparities?
