You are free to hold your opinions. However, that is neither the opinion of the Church nor of God, so you can take it up with Him if you have a problem with it.Being a smoker ie- being addicted to cigarettes is a sin. So lighting up after communion would be a sin by default.
This type of addicting/detrimental behavior is a sin of gluttony.
