Is it different when they're your own?

I really think it’s best to judge a kid by how they behave when you have (not often seen) company, or how they behave when your not around.

Remember, it’s their job to push the limits w/ parents. And it’s our job to “put the smackdown” on 'em when necessary.

It is positutely, absotively different when their your own. You think it’s irritating to watch other folks’ kids misbehave…
 
I have to echo IAmABeliever’s (?) sentiments… I struggle with patience and am constantly praying for help…

IMO My children are it…My life belongs to them…and my dh…working on that one… But when it comes to other’s children, my tolerence level is extremely short… And, no I don’t dislike kids…I think it has to do more with disagreeing on parenting styles… I don’t agree with most people on how they raise there kids today…(I mean sociatle speaking…) sp…:ehh:
